Car break in multiple times, managment is rude and doesn't care about Customers.

Royal Oaks management have set up meetings with the Police Department to speak to residents on how to not be a victim but no one showed up to learn about what they can do. Residents leave doors propped open. Management has posted notices to watch as you enter and leave that no one enters behind you and to make sure that doors shut and lock. It is up to the residents to take some responsibility.
