Think twice .. you will feel sorry for staying here

I was so foolish I believed the apartment is good after reading all the reviews left by the people , that came in google search. When they showed me a model apartment it was ok , and when I moved in , I found many things were broken , bad fridge, bad dish washer doors were not working properly and worst thing , I found rats in apartment.
When I reported all these management said they noted , they put work orders and nothing was taken care of. Even the rent is so high , equal to all the good apartments around here. I hate this place and I wish I choose a better apartment.
And you know I have a lease so these people will not let me go.All the day be prepared to hear aeroplanes. Oh they charge 200$ as admin fees $200 deposit which you should is gone already. I think may be apartment owners left all those reviews to trap.
Not a good place to stay.

Sridhar, I'm surprised by your remarks and wish you would come down to the office if you have a concern with your apartment. I would like to clarify some things for others reading your concerns. You did not view a model apartment as we do not have a model here. You looked at your actual apartment the first day you came out. You took applications with you and "thought about it" over the weekend before you applied here. I'm not sure why you would be complaining about the price! You received an incredible deal on rent not to mention 1 month free, so you actually haven't even paid anything yet! The deposit information is printed on all of our websites, you were given this information before you rented so I'm not sure why it's all of a sudden an issue for you and that you act like it was a surprise. It is very common for apartment communities to have these fee's.
I do apologize if something was missed while preparing your home for you. We have taken care of your concerns and hope that you are satisfied with the work done.
Everyone knows this site is primarily for people that have a rant or rave about their home or experience. We chose to turn it into a place that our happy residents have to express what they do like about it. I can assure you the owners/managers did not post a single post.
We strive to make everyone's experience at Royal Oaks a good one. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please feel free to contact the office.
