If you like worn carpet, battered walls and ceilings and no response to your maintenance calls, then by all means move right in. And the more the merrier is the new response to the less desirable neighbors, it's getting VERY noisy around here. Do not bother to spend moving, downpayment and rent $$ on this place. Not to mention the bitchy management (as in Cedar Management), yeah you know just who I'm speaking of, that lady at your office. Please fire her, she's mean and not effective at her job! We get the message that your company is NOT respectful of their tenants and not into ANY type of customer service skills what so-ever. That's the message we, as tenants, get from that woman! If you live here too, please write your comments! Let's get them itchy under their skin and make this place OUR home again. Please change your habits, Cedar Management. WE live here, YOU don't! What are you going to do when your junky, dirty, worn out apartments are empty' By the way, the staff rating is not about Tiff and Dan, they are great! Too bad they are treated so poorly. We live here as well and maint does not get done however, that is Tiff & Dan's fault. It is very well worth the money for the property. You moved-in with the carpet like that? Why are you complaining? If you have noisey neighbors that is Tiff & Dan's job to correct your issues, call them. I am lucky to have quiet neighbors.
