I wasn't so keen on moving all the way up to Mounds View from Saint Paul, but it really is worth the savings! You couldn't get an apartment this size for this price in the heart of the city. The location is quiet and great for kids or families of any size! The community is open and really looks out for each other.
There are also great walking paths right near the lake and a movie theater/restaurants within walking distance (I mean two blocks). It's on the bus line, so if I need to bus somewhere I can. It's the quietest place I've ever lived and people always say hello.

The staff is friendly, too. They have people on call 24 hours a day, which really helps.

It's so obvious that the Apartment Managers are posting these positive reviews trying to advertise their apartments. I used to live there, and I know how much they suck! See my review. Someone parking in my spot one time when I really needed it, it was cold out and the nearest unreserved spot was about 100 yards from my building's door, so I called the towing company in charge of towing. Turns out it's just a THREAT that you'll be towed from parking in a reserved spot that's not yours. The towing company said they won't tow unless management call them. So I called management on call service at about 10:30 pm. The manager on call basically told me to go to hell. He said, "I'm not gonna worry about someone parking in your spot." While talking to me with a tone in his voice like I was some sort of baby or something. My spot was stolen all of the time and management told me, even during regular business hours, to just try to find another spot that wasn't reserved and wait until my spot is freed-up! WTH?! Scotland Green sucks! And the bus-line, good luck! The bus-line they're talking about only runs VERY VERY LIMITED SERVICE SCHEDULES. Someone ought to tell the website to stop the managers at scotland green from posting their fake adds on their site!
