Lived there since 1999, been great until 2005. Loud neighbors. Kids play in parking lot, no one stops at stop signs in parking lot, everyone drives fast. Someone's gonna get hurt someday, guaranteed! Towed my car to Ham Lake with no warning for tabs being expired 1 week...towed on a Friday night, couldn't get car without new tabs...MONDAY. Never seen anyone else towed, even after they tell you to move your car because they're plowing...they don't tow then, just me, over a weekend so the towing company charges for additional days. Laundry machines rarely work. Outside door locks when latched shut...only if someone waits to pull the door tightly closed. Burglarized once. We're one of the few remaining English speaking people in our building. No elevators. Garbage pickup is at 6:30 on Saturday morning, very loud....hope no one was trying to sleep in!!! Dishwashers don't work unless dishes already clean.
