I've lived at Scotland Green for 11 years. I agree with the previous reviewer who said things were good until 2005, when a new management company took over. Neighbors are loud, the pipes in the buildings are always bursting so the hallway carpets are always wet and smell like mildew. I'm moving out on November 1st. Rent is ridiculous - I'm moving to a nicer apartment for $100 less!

This place is nice for the rent they charge. Wish they would allow dogs though.
