I've lived here on 3 seperate occasions for a total of nearly 5 years. The new landlords (3rd different in a year) are greedy, money hungry, non-law abiding people. This property used to be excellent 5 years ago. The new landlords evicted or caused over 20 units to clear out in there first 3 months there. I believe it was due to the commission they receive on each new tenant (and they were helping alot of the new people move in, such as there friends from out of state). I was also physically threatened by the new landlord at my apartments front door because of a conversation he heard me having at a normal level while he was walking down the hallway. As if that's not an invasion of privacy, I should have called the police but regret not doing so. They are not trustworthy, nor is the management company. These new landlords are not normal people and I feel are fradulent. My security deposit was $300, I left the apartment in normal wear and tear condidtion except for not repainting the bathroom and bedroom back to white (which they gave me the wrong paint for) and they are trying to charge me $605 dollars including my deposit. DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

In defense of the Landlords, comedian Ron White said it best, "You can't fix stupid". Think about that phrase, but don't hurt yourself in the process.
