I have lived here for about 14 years and have seen people come and go. This apartment complex started out with a good quality of living and slowly went down hill. Now we have Management that cares and truly does work with us to make this a home, a place that I am glad to have finished raising my 2 kids. Some say the management here is bad, that is just not the case. The management has on several occasions asked people to leave because the people would be very disruptive, smoke dope, not pay rent ( i am sure in some cases) this just to name a few reasons. If you want a nice quiet place to live you will find it here at Shadowlawn Estates, I know I have.
