Nice place, poor management

This place is nice, but there are definitely some issues with how things are run. First off, management needs to get things done when they say instead of tenants having to continue to call them until they come to fix something; lights, heating issues.
The cold air goes right through the sliding glass door and we ended up with snow in our living room because it doesn't close properly, but if you call management they don't answer or call you back. Cops are here almost weekly having to do with some dumbass kid high breaking into cars or what have you.
The outside is never cleaned up. Garbage and crap all over the place and forget about them actually put salt down when it's icy. People fall all the time. And rarely were all lots plowed(Hey, lets just save a little money and let it melt!)
Pool has been closed almost as much as it's been open since I've been here. The time when I did go in with friends, we came out with green hair from all the chlorine. They moved the gym equipment to the pool area so they could have a bigger area for their office. That's fine, BUT who the hell wants to workout in a room that is soooo warm you can hardly breathe and smells like chlorine'!
Landlords tell you contradicting stories so that you don't get pissed on why stuff isn't done. It seems like one thing gets fixed and then there's an issue with something else.
Also you can get into a couple of the doors without even using your key, safe and secure eh''' Renting a garage is like a death sentence when it breaks and starts falling down on you.
I can't wait til my lease is up. I LOVE my apt, but if I can't get ahold of the landlords to get something fixed then what's the point'! Landlords are very nice, but maybe they just don't quite know how to manage.......

I am sorry that the tenant feels they are not being taken care of and I do not like someone living here that does not want to. My husband and I work hard everyday and somethings pile up when things are not going as planned. The fitness center was moved to the pool so everyone could use it because people that were tall were hitting their heads on the ceiling. The pool is used by everyone and in this business you have to make priorities. I am sorry that you feel you can't come and see me in person and display your anger. You are more than welcome to come to my office and give me a 60 day notice to vacate and I will let you out of your lease. Jim is the gentlemen that picks up trash every day for those of you with your visitors who leave it intentionally on the ground. Thank you for your thoughts we will use them constructive manner. hey dumbass they don't use chlorine they use bromine so if your hair changed colors it is something you put in it. Hey by the way no one says you have to stay it is a free country and you come and go at your own free will.
