Sunplace was pretty spacious for a one bedroom with large walk-in closets. Had large windows and some track lighting. The intercom system did not work when we first moved in, but it was quickly fixed after we brought it to the attention of the landlord.
Also, the neighborhood did not always facilitate a feeling of safety, particularly at night. Parking spaces in the lot often ran out after 10pm, but there was typically enough curb space on the street. Overall, not a bad place for under 650 a month, but not a place I would really want to live again.
