Poor Transition From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I think a lot of the negativity comes from the fact that Bigos Management all of a sudden apeared one day without any pre-notification. Then on top of that, they made no effort to announce the takeover or introduce themselves until a brief flyer showed up on the doors about a month later. Like people say, "you gotta make a good first impression." The new management didn't and they are paying for it now.
