Where's the Health Department' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2004   Since the new management has taken over, it is approaching a Stephen King-like experience taking your recycling down to the recycling area on the B1 level. The bins are overflowing, there is trash all around, and one expects to be overtaken by a platoon of rats. Prior to the new ownership, this area was fairly tidy. I have even heard comments from people who park in the public area (which can see thru the chain-link fence) how bad it looks.
