Really nice! Take it from a longterm tenant

I have been in Galtier since the early 90s, and as a long term tenant I've overall loved the place. The new management team is especially competetend and willing to help you.

The only downside is the retail area of the building. I've watched that area grow and decline many times now. It used to be really thriving with lots of cool shops. However, the new LoTo restaurant that will be moving in may turn the retail section for the better again. Galtier Plaza used to be the Block E of Saint Paul... with office and apartments above it!

Overall, it's a great place to live. It's also very inexpensive, so I don't see why people would move into the more dumpy apartment buildings around the cities when they could be downtown in a classy well-maintained building.
