Not worth the trouble From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The building has become very noisy since Bigos took over. The general staff in the office is friendly and helpful (much better than the previous staff, which bordered on hostile), but the management has been consistently rude and inflexible. Other than the meager sound insulation between apartments, I think the building is fairly nice. However, the treatment I've received while preparing to vacate has soured me. I'll never recommend this building again - there are at least three better options downtown.
