Wonderful staff, service, and building From: QwertyDvorak Date posted: 3/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I can't think of a better place to live. The location, downtown St Paul, is extremely nice with skyway connections to the rest of the city, so getting around is easy. It's excellent having a YMCA located in the complex as well as the LoTo restaurant, barbershop, convenience store, and food court. One may rarely never have to leave the building! The apartment owners (Bigos) recently purchased the rooftop swimming pool from the YMCA, which will make a great place this summer to hold parties -- speaking of which, they have special places set aside for parties. A big perk is the concierge service, which jas been nothing but helpful! The Towers are completely controlled access, so I feel safe. The retail and office space on the lower levels are also patrolled by maintenance and haven't had any problems. Living here really is a treat. There are great views, staff, and rooms.
