Vailwood Apartments

THIS APARTMENT IS AWFUL - BAD MGMT! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Less than two months after moving in, our apartment was broken into. We found out that this was not uncommon...there were multiple break-ins before and after ours. We had suspicions about the shoddy management there...they were rude and unattentive to our needs. The rent is cheap...but you compromise your safety. I don't think it's worth it. Also, one of the bedrooms was always really really cold due to bad insulation. The main hallways are kind of dirty and smelly. The parking lots are large but look like they've been bombed (there were hundreds of pot holes..not kidding). If you bring up any of the problems or issues, the management and owner, Ken, will try to wring you for your money...they'll threaten to give you a bad rental history or bad credit.
