Vailwood Apartments

Horrible/ Not a place for families From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This is the absolute worst apartment complex that I have rented from. Karen and Ken were extrememly rude to my husband and I. Tney were very nice until we signed the lease and then it went down hill. The apartment buildings are not well kept and there is a lot of break-ins in the area. Definately not a place to raise children. The parking lot is not safe at night, I will not go into details. I am generally a very understanding person but Vailwood is just ridiculous. My neighbors partied constandly and you can often smell marijuana in the hallways and parking lots. At one point, my clothes were stolen out of the dryer and the management of course would not do anything.
