Do not live here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have had pending repairs for 6 months now. They include repairing the ceiling after extensive water damage, (the ceiling is now cracking), paint over the bare walls where fixures have been removed, and had a missing air conditioner (leaving a big hole in the outer wall) until november. The heat has gone out three times (below 60 degrees in my apt)and so has the hot water. Noise is HORRIBLE and they refuse to do anything about the drug use in the biuilding.
