Dissatisfied Customer From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   My wife and I have lived here for four years and up until this past year everything has been fine. The new management does not address repair requests in a timely manner, they share a maint. guy and caretaking team with another apartment complex. Parking is terrible, they don't tow people out of your assigned parking spaces, now they sent out a letter saying they won't have assigned parking anymore, however, it states clearly in the lease which parking space is yours. Garages are falling apart, there is a hole between my garage and the guy on the other side big enough to walk through. Snow plowing is non-existent. I have to use a sick day at work if it snows because it is impossible to get out of the parking lot because each driveway is too steep. Water leakage in ground floor windows is a constant worry. General maintinance of buildings is poor, hallways have not been vacuumed in front of my door for a year. New management is too tolerant of leasing to undesirables, they don't show any concern that they are irritating long term renters. We will not renew our lease here. Too bad, was a nice place when we moved here.
