Wheelock Ridge Villa Apartments

Unexpected Beauty! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I had the opportunity to live at Wheelock Ridge Villa Apts. I also experienced many other apartment communities this management co. managed and owned. The staff (office, maint., and caretakers), are professional. Work orders are handled pretty much the same day or very next morning depending on when you put in your work request. Very clean building including parking lot, grounds, etc. Along bus route, freeway, shops and stores, parks, bike trail, and Lake Phalen. The downside is that vehicles do get broken into on consistent basis including mine one time - thank god no damage or broken window. And rent is slightly high for age of building, size of average looking unit(s), and neighborhood. Advice: shop around and do your homework. Pluses: nice indoor pool with hottub, sun patio, spacious party room, exercise room, and wider than normal hallways.
