Very noisy and thin walls! Thefts! Too much junk mails and newletters- too much landlord control for the high rent price. Go rent the townhomes across the highway-much better! Staff are fake like the other person mentioned. Nice at first to pull you in and then change on you the minute they think you will be a pebble in their shoe. Here from friends that management is bad and many who leave the company take jobs else where in the community and are much happiers. Since I lived here seen many people move out don't know why people keep moving in. They must not have read our warnings. Take your chances but beware!

I'm surprised your stikcing up for them you must be one of the staff. I lived in White Bear Woods and all 4 of my neighbors moved for the same problems. Maybe you have a granny next to that is quiet so lucky you.

No, I am not one of the staff. I just like where I live and like the people I have dealt with here. Recently there has been a lot of staff turnover and I am not as happy with the staff as I once was.

BAD PLACE TO LIVE!!! THEY SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON FLYERS, CLUBHOUSE AND THINGS LIKE A STUPID DOG PARK! THEY SHOULD LIVE HERE THEMSELVES FOR A FEW DAYS! MAYBE THEY WOULD APPRECIATE THE UNHAPPY TENNANTS THEY HAVE! IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY, MONEY MONEY!!!
