We lived at WBW for three years. The first year was fine...fine only because we didn't have any problems, not because of anything positive. The last two years we were there, my car was broken into twice while I was parked in the "secure" underground garage. I never had any problems while parking outside. When I went to the management about the thefts, they told me there was nothing they could do. My car was parked right across from the security cameras both times and management kept telling me that no one was caught on tape. When I explained that some cameras were pointed down and others had plastic bags put over them, I was told that they'd look into it, but nothing changed. I was never asked for a police report and was never offered help.
The walls are thin, the neighbors are loud, and the management staff isn't helpful. The rent was way too high for a building that's of average quality. We finally decided that having to replace car windows and stolen property every year on top of the high rent just wasn't worth it.
We were able to *buy* a townhome and pay just as much for a mortgage as we paid in rent. Living at WBW just isn't worth the hassle!
