This is the end of the fourth year I've been here, and it's the last, too. The first year was fairly decent, but then the same things other people have talked about started happening. My car was broken into. Had to put up with construction at 7am or earlier every day last summer. The snowplowing company they use uses a diesel bobcat at 2am and it couldn't be louder. They allowed pets into my building after the first year I was here, and now there's a lot of yellow snow outside the front doors and way too much barking. The absolute worst thing though is that they have absolutely no way of policing noise without involving the police. For the last seven months and for the next month and a half of my lease, I've had to put up with the people living below me constantly banging on their tables and walls, slamming doors, turning music on so loud it sounds louder in here than I have my own tv at and it's at any time of the day including 3, 4, 5, 6 am. They have absolutely no way of controlling them other than having us as tenants call the police, but it is not something the police will come for or do anything about. The staff is very friendly when you don't need anything, but when you do need something, like being able to sleep at night, you're on your own, so be very cautious when looking here.

The hallways stink as well I have had to hold my breath going to my apartment when i lived in them.

FOR SURE ON THE DOG POOP! I even have a dog and am sick of stepping in poop and having to clean my dogs feet before I enter my apartment! People with dogs there for the most part don't care at all! Plus is a great dane bigger than what is allowed? They are nice to get you in and ya, pay for water and trash removal? Give me a break. Laundry room fees went up 2x in one year!!!
