Typical issues. Unsafe secure indoor parking. Ridiculous fees for exiting. Bust your butt to clean before leaving, still charged a $20 Sanitizing fee' Really' They neglected to mail my lease end statement, just called me a day before sending to collections. This after paying rent and water/sewer/garbarge consistantly prior to due dates. Would not recommend this apartment or management company.

You can expect poor customer service from the second you move in. They are very nice until they get you in here. Don't walk away... RUN!
