I have had several problems. To many to go into. They don't clean up anything around the grounds for one thing and when you do have an issue, try to get a call back!!! I agree with the other tennant when they said they are nice to you if you don't want something and when you do, they ignore you or treat you like dirt. To much theft too and parties, damage to building from drunks. They charge way to much rent for this place. They spent all that money on the clubhouse that no one wanted instead of fixing up peoples apartments. When something needs fixing, it is fixed over and over and over because they won't spend the money on replacing anything!!!! What a joke! And ya, you can hear everything that goes on in your neigbors apartmetns! NICE!!

I am lucky to live near the freeway end of the building, so I don't hear my neighbors. The freeway is LOUD though! I agree this place is a JOKE! I can't imagine why anyone would rent here after reading all of the reviews!!
