For a Starter Apartment Only

These apartments were pretty safe, and the area was decent. However, because of the construction of the building - you will hear everything that your neighbors say, and they will hear you. The walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear the guy two apartments down playing his guitar all the time... as well as every conversation of neighbors around me. The building is somewhat old... so I wouldn't suggest it unless you need something cheap and fast. Also, there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building... and that is for 3 full floors of tenants to share. Also, the pool is a dump - if you are looking for something with a pool, you don't want these. It's in the middle of the parking lot! Like I said before, the area is pretty quiet and nice... but the building itself is not the greatest. If you want cheap and safe - it's for you. If you are looking for quality - go elsewhere!
