White Oaks is an amazing value.
The 2 bedroom I live in could easily rent for $800-$900 per month at another complex.
(Go look at other well maintained properties-you'll see).
My rent only went up $15 when I renewed! Most places raise rent 5% (or $50 per month)annually.
The manager is polite and the caretaker is probably the most friendly person on the planet.
They have few amenities- but what they do have is very geared to the demographic that lives at White Oaks.
There is a pool and playground for the multitudes of families with children that live there.
I have never lived in a complex where I felt more safe.
Cars can get broken into anywhere and there is ample well-lit parking.
The neighbors are very friendly and we have made several new friends living here.
If you walk around and ask some of the long term residents (10-20 years for most), you'll definately see why they stay year after year.
