I would not consider moving in here.

The place is very ghetto and noisy at night.

Be very careful if you do decide to move in.

Take lots of pictures before you move in and after.

My place was extremly clean when I moved out, yet they took all of my deposit and charged me an additional $350 for no reason.

Very unprofessional managment.

There was also a drug dealer living below me and when I approached managment, they did nothing about it.

Be careful.

I have had no above and beyond problems with noise. I realize I'm in an apt.--it involves noise. If you are being charged additional money when you move out, you must have done something wrong.

I also got charged money when I moved out. I left it in perfect shape. I travel for work and was hardly even there. They make up reasons to keep your deposit. Also not all apartments are noisey. Check out Galtier towers in DOWNTOWN St. Paul. Your apartments (yes you management since you wrote this response) are cheap and poorly constructed. Maybe you should pay your employees to clean the place up instead of writing fake posts on this site!
