highcrest apts. My family and I have lived at Highcrest apts. for 5 years. The owner Terry Persuad is doing a good job of keeping the apartment complex a viable place to reside. Be a good tenant and you will be treated fairly.
With 100 plus units bad eggs will creep in but they are cleaning it up.
