By far the worst apartment I ever rented. It was dirty when I moved in. My shower faucet dripped and they took forever to fix it. The morning after it was fixed I went to take a shower and my water did not work. I called them to turn the water back on and the lady that worked in the office couldn't figure out how to turn it on, so she had her boyfriend come into my apartment to fix it. The caretaker was both rude and hygiene defficient. Parking is horrible because there's always so many college kids there getting drunk that there are not many available spots. The cops were there about 12 times that I saw and I lived there for less then 10 months. They made it impossible for me to buy out my lease, so I had to pay rent on two places just to get away from that pit. Also, the management were a pain to deal with and lied to me about 2 major things during the lease signing. Just say no!

Don't keep anything valuable in your car. It WILL get stolen.

I think this poster is living in a dream land. I lived at the Legacy Apartments for quite a while until recently, (we bought a house), and did not have the experience that this person had. The management staff had always been helpful and answered my questions when I had them; the maintenance people were always there to fix problems in my apartment in a decent amount of time; and I had a great relationship with my neighbors while there. I think I might remember this poster, and if memory serves me correctly, she was one of the most unfriendly and dirtiest people I encountered while there. It would serve her well to remember that people will treat you the way that you treat them; and that walking around with a defeated, negative, pissed off look on your face doesn't warrant a positive response from those you encounter on a daily basis. I hope this poster will some day find the happiness she's looking for in the Barbie fantasy home she's dreaming of, and stop walking around looking like a crab ass. God bless.
