Although I no longer live @ the Legacy, (we recently bought a new home), I can say without any trepidation that my time at the Legacy was time well spent. The management staff was always willing answer my questions whenever I had them. The maintenance people responded to problems within my apartment in a decent amount of time. And I got along great with my neighbors. They even had community events that everyone could get into, such as movie nights for the kids and bingo for the elderly. I've lived a few other places, and they didn't have a lot of things for the residents who lived there. They wanted their rent, and didn't want to be bothered. At the Legacy, I actually used to sit in the office with the staff and talk like regular people, not feel like a number. I would recommend the Legacy to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Waite Park/ St. Cloud area.
