Great Place to Live!! I lived at these apartments for three years. Maintenance is fast and efficient, they would always be there within 24 hours of my maintenance request. The grounds are very well kept. They have a great workout room and pool area. Plenty of parking for tenants and guests.

Better than other area apartments! I've seen other apartments with a similar price but have much lower standards as far as upkeep, carpet, appliances, etc. My apartment has very spacious bedrooms and huge walk-in closets. Management always seems very helpful, too.

Best management I've ever seen!! Best apartment I've ever lived in. The apts are HUGE, tons of space, and really cheap rent! Office staff is very friendly and helpful, maintenance comes as soon as you request them. I would recommend this place to anyone!

By far the worst apartment I ever rented. It was dirty when I moved in. My shower faucet dripped and they took forever to fix it. The morning after it was fixed I went to take a shower and my water did not work. I called them to turn the water back on and the lady that worked in the office

DONT MOVE THERE I lived at Legacy Apts. for a yr. and the Hottub was probably in service for maybe half of my lease at best! Apts. were decent but no matter how clean apt. is upon moving dont count on getting a deposit back. They find any little thing and charge even if cleaner then when moved

Not the Best First i believe its a lil pricey...when we moved in you would figure that for the price they would afford new carpet. All they did was change the living room carpet and just about every room is different carpeting. Who is that cheap that they just didn't replace the whole thing
