These apartments are seedy and deteriorating. I have lived here since last spring, and can't wait till my lease is up. Very few repairs are ever done, and when repairs are started, they are often not finished.

Noise is also a problem. The neighbors are nice enough, but loud music and wooden floors make it disruptive.

Management provides envelopes for rent that have space on them to list repairs that are needed, but all they ever provide are excuses - never results.

Best to look elsewhere for the kind of rent they're charging here. The only good thing about this complex is the location.
