One of the Wayzata Lakes buildings is 930 Rice St. There are enough garages for each of the 12 tenants, but some are used for storage, so not all of them are available for rent. If you don't have a garage, you park on the street. If it snows, you will be ticketed or towed. Wayzata Lakes Apartments does not provide alternate parking. After two tickets, I finally found a local business that was willing to accomodate me in a snow emergency.
Petty and pathetic.

Parking here is terrible. They give you 'assigned spots' but it doesn't mean anything. If there is a snow emergency be sure you have somewhere else to put your car.
