VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Poor maintinance, mice, and management kept my security deposit for not returning a $2 garage door openner(which i did return, they just lost it). Overall a very poor place to rent from. There are much nicer places to live in Wayzata, just look around.
