I lived here from May 2005 - May 2006. There were at least 4 managers in the year I was there, and they were terribly unorganized. They lost my rent check twice and hung notes on my door threatening eviction for not paying. I made them pay for the 'stop payment' on my checks. I didn't have a bug problem, but plenty of other problems. Whenever the people above me would shower it would flood my walls and caused plaster to fall off the walls. Very loud. Maintenance was friendly, but never followed through on anything. Heat was either broken and the place was in the 50s or you couldn't turn it off and it would be in the 80s and I pretty much kept my windows open all winter. They kept my entire deposit ($500) and sent me a bill for $108 additional! I ignored it, and never heard from them again. Obviously they were just trying to get a few more bucks from me, if I really owed it, I think they would have pursued it.

This review is right on. If you decide to live here get ready to have a major headache.
