Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I couldn't believe it when I read the negative reviews. I couldn't get an apartment because of some bad things that had happened in my life. But Wayzata Lake Apartments gave me the chance to get an apartment and get a new start on life. I'm in my 2nd year here and the neighbors are nice, the owners are wonderful and the maintenance people are great. I don't have any problems in my apartment. I pay my rent on time and I like living here. Thank you Wayzata Lake Apartments.
