ALright who does the guy who so called manages the maintanence crew here think he is' He does not own these apartments. He works for us. His hillbilly antics and bullying will not be put up with anymore.I am sure he is probably an ex con he has that certain way about him. All these people that have written bad reviews are telling the truth. Be afraid of this place. You cannot trust them. He and the apartments are a long standing joke here in wayzata.

Somebody just recently told me about this site, and after reading all the hateful comments I figured out it was time for a response. However I am not a manager I am a resident and very happy one at that! The one thing that I would like all people reading this site to know is that all of the bad comments here were from people who were either evicted or were being evicted. and hold a grudge. That is entirely unfair to management because they bend over backwards for people to give them a roof over their heads where as some other areas you would have a difficult time finding a place. Now I am leaving out of state for a job opportunity and it pains us to have to leave. We love it here!..They are like family to us and they will be missed.The latest post on here doesn't deserve any comment except to say the person they are referring to would give you the shirt off his back. Personal attacks against people that work here does show the mentality of some. I recommend renting from Wayzata Lake Apartments Rick M.

HI! Guess what i have just learned of this site myself thanks to my dear residents who do love and appreciate not just a good maintence man but a good person all together as well, Not to mention a very dedicated Owner and Landlord. I'm the hillbilly that the person or persons was referring to and my name is Kyle by the way. The apartments that I work at is owned by a small family, that not only makes sure all needs are met in a timely manner, but also is willing to work with under privledged residents, and I know this to be a fact. I'm sorry that this individual was so mistreated, however with all the properties i take care of, I do manage to let one slip through the cracks now and again. My sincere apology Kyle Carter

For those who think my above remarks are unfounded, read some other points of view here: http://www.apartmentreviews.net/ratings/mn-wayzata-wayzata-lake-apartments8501.htm I do know one person that wrote in there, and he/she was not evicted or facing eviction. So the claim that complaints only come from evictees is, in fact, unfounded (and likely a plant).

Kyle, I believe you and your maintenance crew have doen the best you can given the management you have to work with. I would be interested in your comments in response to June 2007 complaints about management and that the maintenance men are the only ones who care around there. RP
