Somebody just recently told me about this site, and after reading all the hateful comments I figured out it was time for a response. However I am not a manager I am a resident and very happy one at that! The one thing that I would like all people reading this site to know is that all of the bad comments here were from people who were either evicted or were being evicted. and hold a grudge. That is entirely unfair to management because they bend over backwards for people to give them a roof over their heads where as some other areas you would have a difficult time finding a place. Now I am leaving out of state for a job opportunity and it pains us to have to leave. We love it here!..They are like family to us and they will be missed.The latest post on here doesn't deserve any comment except to say the person they are referring to would give you the shirt off his back. Personal attacks against people that work here does show the mentality of some. I recommend renting from Wayzata Lake Apartments

If this was not the property manager leaving this 'review' and it was in fact a tenat, why would they leave and annoymous post?
