I've lived here for 3 years and I love it. I was given a nice, clean and very large apartment when I moved in. The owers and maintenance people take very good care of me. I was given a copy of my lease right up front when I moved in and I still have it. Everything was honest and above board right from the start. I needed something done in my apartment and the maintenance people helped me quickly. In fact, they go out of their way to make sure they take good care of everyone in my building, especially the main maintenance man, he really cares about all of us. We all love it here. Some of us have been here for many years and wouldn't want to live any place else. The owners gave me a chance to live in this community because this place is affordable and the other places in this area were much more expensive. I can walk to the lake and the grocery store so it's one nice area to live! I like it here. So do the other people in my building. The owners have been very honest with us from the start. I have never once seen the property manager or owner in the office after 5pm or on a weekend. One night not too long ago the water for our whole building was shut off for over 8 hours. Guess where the property manager and owner were. At home, and by the way if you call the 'extreme emergency maintenance line' you will get yelled at.
