It doesn't matter what you have done, this place will let anyone in. So if you if you don't mind your neighbor being a pusher or a junkie, then by all means come on down to Wayzata Lake Apartments. From what I gather most my of decent neighbors are fed up with ridiculous treatment from the owner, her spastic daughter, and jackass son. They run around like they can get away with whatever because their will always be some sucker to take the place of the decent minded individual that gets out. I can't wait until my lease is up and get out of this place. In my mind the only good thing about Wayzata Lake Apartments is the maintenance man ----. He is the only one that gives a damn about you. nI don't know who wrote the positive reviews, but they don't live in the same Wayzata Lake Apartments I do.

It's too bad this person didn't come to the office to discuss their whatever their dissatisfaction with Wayzata Lakes Apartments was as we try to take good care of people and the majority of our residents are very happy here and most of our residents have been with us for more than one year or for many many years (3, 5, 8, 7, 12, 14, 30 years, etc???). We do careful legal background checks on everyone before we allow them to rent here. So if this person seems to think that there is a person here that is involved in something illegal and this person hasn???t called the police to make a report on it and hasn???t called the office to let us know they think something is going on and we don???t know anything about it ??? please call the police immediately and report it!!! Please call the police immediately so they can do something about it and we can get the person out of here as quickly as legally possible. Don???t write an anonymous thing on the Internet against someone if you are not willing to call the police to make a report on it! We would be very happy if they will immediately call the police so that it can be quickly taken care of by the proper authorities. Note: It???s easy to hide and attack a person anonymously on the Internet. Why not be honest and straight up and make a report to the police and then come and discuss it with us personally and let us know you made the report so we can try and do something about it. We will be happy to see what we can do with whatever they are unhappy with. But, please call the police immediately (!!!) if you think something is going on illegally and report it so the police and we know that something may be going on and we can do something about it as quickly as legally possible. Remember, everything has to be done legally in a proper fashion. Right now, we don???t even know that something you say is going on, is going on. I totally agree with the complaint!! As for discussing issues with the office, many of the complaints have been brought to management and discussed personally only to be evicted or fired after saying anything. I personally believe that Mother, Son and Daughter, should be investigated for their questionable rental procedures. They want to hide behind the legalities of rental laws, however it is VERY questionable that they follow the laws themselves. (As a landlord myself, I am under the impression that legally the landlord Must give appropriate notice before entering a tennant's apartment (not entering any time that they feel like it.) The Attorney General's Office has been notified of complaints against this organization. (Check for yourself) It appears to me that the maintenance people are the ones who care the most about the tennants - Management seems to be very deceptive!

I live in the apartments now and am looking for a new home. The management does barge in when ever they want, and they don???t even pretend to be sorry when you call them on it. Don't even get me started on the parking, and the parking lot! There has been a dirty diaper in the lot for weeks and I have seen the girl who is supposed to clean the building walk by. I could almost handle it all but what really gets me is the unprofessional conduct of the management! Some customer service and professionalism classes would go far here!

I agree with everything the previous post wrote, except that customer service and professionalism classes won't correct unethical and illegal rental practices.
