Worst place I have ever lived. Property manager barges in whenever she feels like it, refused to give me my copy of the lease agreement (until I started calling 3-4 times a day), no heat most of the winter, severe mold in the bathroom they refused to clean (until I called the health inspector and then the property manager yelled at me for calling him), no parking space for the first 4 months. Now I am trying to post my review to warn others and she keeps flagging them for removal.

It's sad when we have 500 units that one person can be so unhappy when the rest of the residents are happy. We hope that you and your brother are very happy in your new home at W.W. and that your brother doesn't have to walk too far to get to is job in Wayzata. Dear B. & J., You called me on my personal and office phone to come in as your circuits had gone off. I knocked and ran the bell several times at 8 am and identified myself and thought you had already moved out since the apartment was almost empty and I went in as you asked me to to click the circuits for you as one had gone off during the night. I went in at your request. As soon as you asked me for a lease, I gave it to you that very day. We did not refuse to take care of you, we took care of the problem the very day you asked us too and as soon as we found out you had a problem that you had not told us about. You had a parking space that belonged to anotether gentleman that you took for a very long time on the lot. This spot belonged to another person but he was a gentleman and didn't complain but just took a spot on the street for all the many weeks you took his spot. We are not flagging your reviews. I am sorry you are so unhappy. We tried to work with you on a lease but you refused us when we said we needed to at least get through the winter. You made the decision to move as you did not want the shorter than 1 year lease we tried to help you with. Please, please, please stop trying to hurt us. We tried to make you happy. I am sorry you and your brother we not happy at all. Again we hope you will be very happy in your new home.

Don't believe a word that management says. I moved out over a year ago, and still tell people what a dump this place is. VERY unorganized and VERY VERY unethical. Yes, it is a great location, but the pain and suffering you have to deal with while renting here is not worth it.

Same thing as everyone else, they won't fix anything. No parking spaces, management barges in whenever they want, severe mold... Do I need to go on?
