She was great in helping me with all the steps of picking a great apartment. Everything went smooth. They gave me great ideas for funa nd where the bike trails are as well as some great places to eat. A lot of other great help from the staff as well. Very friendly people. I have no problems. Dear Anonymous and Lawyer (same person). It's sad when we have 500 units that one person can be so unhappy when the rest of the residents are happy. We hope that you and your brother are very happy in your new home at W.W. and that your brother doesn't have to walk too far to get to is job in Wayzata. We wish you the best and hope everything goes well for you now and in the future. Good luck to you.

Anonymous is not the only one unhappy there!! I know several people who live there who are much too scared to say anything in fear of retaliation by the organization. I know that Mr. N's apartment has been entered illegally without his permission. He is afraid to report this to the police, but I am not! If I find that you have violated his rights as a tennant again, I will personally contact the authorities! He doesn't need any fake excuses for you entering his apartment to "inspect screens" or to "spray" (especially since he was in charge of maintaining screens in the short time he was employeed by you. - By the way, I feel that you lured him to work there just to get a renter, and once he moved, in terminated his employment - Bait and Switch.) I am a landlord myself and know that you MUST recieve permission from the tennant 24 hours prior to entering their unit! Sincerely, Upset with your rental practices!!

If your rental practices are so 'legal' why do you take the time to write comments on the bad reviews?
