I just moved out and I had the same experiance as everyone else; landlord coming in whenever she felt like it, threatening letters from the 'manager' whenever we complained, no parking space, no heat, no water, bugs...tried to kick us out when we filed a complaint with the BBB. No mail key for weeks, refused the lease agreement until I threatened them.. Great location but that is it.
