I am getting so sick of reading these "bad" reviews. It seems to be the same thing(s) over & over.....building is old, apartments are diry, management enters apartment without permission, etc......
Here's your answers, everybody: (1) "building is old"....Duh, the buildings were built in the 1970's (I believe) and unless you're BLIND, you knew the building was old when you moved in & should anticipate more frequent maintenance needs with an older building. If you want "new", then move into "new". (2) "apartments are dirty"...Duh, again, get some bleach and a sponge. A home is what you make it, and if your apartment is dirty, then clean it (and especially more often with an older building...you should be cleaning every week regularly anyway). (3) "management enters without permission"....triple Duh....read your lease...they do not need permission. And, if you feel they are entering your space much more than needed, keep a log (pen & paper, silly!), then do/contact who you need to if you feel it's unnecessary.....it's not enough to just say "them come in my apartment whenever"...you should be specific with dates/frequency..
All of these "general" complaining reviews do no one any good....not even the complainer....If you want something done, then document your concerns/needs.. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
