Thanks for your quick help this weekend with my toilet problem. You've always taken good care of us. The owner is always available to us for anything we need. It was very nice when we moved in and we appreciate the care they take. It's a great location, near the lake and everything. I'm gone during the week and I can trust the place to be safe and secure. The manager is on the ball and takes care of us quickly. We've lived here years so have most of my neighbors, we like it here. I am pleased to recommend Wayzata Lake Apartments as a nice place to live and a great community.

My wife and I have lived here with these apartment owners something like nine years. Couldn't agree more!
