Would not recommend Wayzata Woods at all

The security in the buildings is often minimal - garage door left open.
The water heater goes out on average of about once every 2 months.
The office hours are not very conveinient for a person working 8-5 weekdays.
I will give that the location is great, but space for children to play is non-existant - children play in the parking lot.

I have lived here three months and hot water is yet to go out. Plus, if you have children get a house, they do not belong in apts.

Review is accurate. Response from lawyer2134 is rude and unprofessional. If children do not belong, who else doesn't belong? Hatred and exclusion begins one place and one person at a time. Excluding others that you don't think belong grows horrifically. Shame on you!

Children do not belong in an apartment? How ignorant. Our child has NEVER been a problem on this property. Wonder if anyone stops to think that maybe people who live in apartments are SAVING UP to buy a house, or maybe they can't AFFORD one?
