Very nice area to live in.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
We have been here for 3 years and LOVE the area. It has a private walk to the Lunds and surrounding shops - very convenient. Problems have always been fixed within an acceptable time frame. The area we live in is normally very quiet. We have a beautiful view of a wooded lot behind us. Wayzata is a beautiful community and we're happy to be living here.
Only problems I have is that the manager is hard to get a hold of - usually not in her office when I call or want to visit the office. Also, there are very few apartments with balconies, which is a shame because I would love to be able to sit outside and enjoy our beautiful view.
