I would not suggest moving into this apartment complex. The manager of this apartment was the one who gave us the tour and we were offered a security deposit of 99$ if we signed right away. So we did that and we regreted it after we did that. When we took the tour she pointed out every good thing and no bad things, which I had expected. She pointed out that there was a gas station right across the street. What she didn't say was that it was the worst gas station ever with nothing in it. She did tell us that the trim had been here ever since the place was built and it shows too. Any repairs that we requested took a long time to get fixed and I don't think were really taken seriously. We always run out of parking spaces in the evening. Another selling point she used was that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool hasn't been cleaned for a long time, the whirlpool jets do not work, the outdoor pool is nice now that it is finally open after half of the summer is over with no sorry or anything like that. On the bright side, all of my neighbors have been very helpful and friendly. I have not had any problems with anyone who lives here at all. However, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who cares about having there concerns heard.

8-08 would not recommend moving in here, before we moved in they showed us there selling points which were to pools outdoor indoor, but what they didnt say is that the indoor pool was disgustinly filthy. that i would never swim in it again even being notified of the conditon of the pool they stil allowed people to swim in it, the 1 air conditoner in the apartment has to be continually left on because it gets so hot in here, the exercise room is a joke at best. the hallways are consistenly warm and humid, and the elevator is so small and warm it actually has the disgusting smell comming from it. so im honestly telling you if your thinking about it dont, its a bad choice. the staff is very nice on the plus side, the guys that come to fix things are kinda wierd. the grounds are kept up some. but the common areas are bad. the residents i have had no problems with they all seem to be very nice. so before you consider signing a lease here, think twice
