Eagle Pointe 33% Recommended Apr 29 2008: DO NOT rent this apartment. The noise is ridiculously bad... In the summer its way too hot and and in the winter the heat is either freezing or melting hot. A small community with large apartments that are well cared for. Our manager is always cleaning or planting or checking on things.
